It is the number one school in Juhu and in suburbs I would say.
I have heard from so many of my friends and relatives about the school and its image, principles, ideals, etc. It is the best. No second thoughts about it.
The owners and trustees even till date manage and run the school and look after day to day working because of which it is such a prestigious educational temple. I have got the opportunity to meet and interact with the trustees and they are so down to earth yet so classy and royal.
The school has a large play ground and opposite to the playground their forefathers have donated a land to the BMC which has been made into a public park well.
They have opened several other schools and branches now in other locations.
The year 1857 saw the establishment of the Bombay Indian Female Normal School in Byculla by the Zenana Bible Medical Mission. The school was later shifted from Byculla to Mazgaon and the to Girgaum and was called the Girgaum Girls High School. In 1912, on the occasion of Queen Mary `s visit to Bombay, the school got its present name, Queen Mary.

The Registration form will need to be validated by visiting the School within 10 working days after submitting the online form with the originals and copies of the required documents and the payment receipt.
Registration Timings – 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. (MONDAY – FRIDAY)

Parents are requested to carry the following documents with them to the School to complete the registration formalities:
The original Birth Certificate and a photocopy of the same.
If the parent/parents are ex-students, kindly submit a photocopy of the school leaving certificate.
Christians must submit a photocopy of the child’s baptism certificate.
Foreign Nationals need to submit documentary evidence.
A copy of the online registration form.
After submission of documents and validation by the school, you will receive a signed acknowledgement from the school.
