Eligibility Criteria for Admissions at JAIN International Residential School (JIRS)
Promotion (Grades V-XII): Students must submit the previous grade’s mark sheet or Transfer Certificate (TC) for promotion. A 30-day grace period is provided for submission; failure to comply may result in withdrawal.
Grade-Specific Requirements:
Grade IX: Requires students in Grade VIII to study three languages and submit marks sheets/TC for promotion.
Grade X: Students must have chosen Hindi, Sanskrit, or French as a second language in Grade IX. Required documents include Grade IX marks sheet or CBSE registration.
Grade XI: Open to students completing CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, O Level, or IGCSE. Required documents: Marks Sheet, TC, Migration Certificate, and Conduct Certificate.
Foreign Students (Grade XI): Must submit original Grade X marks sheets and details of their previous school for verification. Admission is provisional until AIU endorsement of equivalency to Indian boards.

Both my sons have studied in JIS, Nagpur, for 5 years and I have an immense lot to be grateful to the good teachers, the amazing principal and the beautiful system they have set in motion. The values of integrity, respect for self, for others and especially for the senior members of our families & society, understanding of the various cultures that each child brings inherently, and many more such skills that are necessary to turn out well-rounded citizens for our motherland and the world are instilled deep within every JIS-ian.
Appropriate importance is given to curricular, co-curricular & extra-curricular activities by encouraging children to participate in various interschool programs including international exchange programs.

My daughter is studying here since Nursery, and now she is in 4’th std. I am so satisfied with her academic and overall development.
