The admission form must be collected directly from the school office; photocopies or exchanged forms are not accepted.
Once obtained, the completed form should be returned to the school office within three days, accompanied by the required documents.
For admission into classes Pre Nursery to I, a birth certificate is necessary, while a transfer certificate is required for classes II to IX.
Four passport-sized photographs of the student must be provided.
Two passport-sized photographs of each parent are also required.

An attested copy of the date of birth certificate, either from the Municipality or issued by the hospital at the time of birth, must be submitted. Neither affidavits nor kundalis are acceptable as proof of date of birth.
